Jody Wood is a womanswear designer that strives to create young, fresh and exciting designs. Jody’s graduate collection, ‘A Visual Paradox’
is based upon ‘The Rorschach Test’, which is a psychological test, that uses ink blots to characterise a persons behavior and actions. Jody
created her own ink blots which she digitally printed onto fabric to create a very bold and striking print. She likes to take the
element of surprise into her work by not always knowing the outcomes of her processes.
She infused the prints with raw edged leather and structured shoulders to give them a more edgy feel. She encourages the viewer to use
their imagination and take their own perception of what the print actually is.
