Isabell Yalda Hellysaz is a recent graduate of the prestigous London College of Fashion. Her interest in pattern cutting, sewing,
tailored clothing and world issues are reflected in her 2012 thesis collection.
Her collection explores the everyday, wearable, essence of fashion (fabrics, crafting and details)
as opposed to the mass-produced fashion clothing market portrayed by the capitalist media.

explores mobility within comfortable tailored clothes. The garments are inspired by a range of German Second World War
uniforms, emphasising the point at which the female form comes into touch with masculine shapes. Parts of the collection are also
based on Space Age images-this theme was experimented throughout the collection, which can be seen in the futuristic look and feel
of the garment fabrics.
